Claudia is an intuitive painter who currently lives in the North Georgia mountains. Her degree in Fine art included two years of study in New York, one year in Florence, Italy, and the final two years at Indiana University.

She continued working with artists in the Atlanta area after she relocated in the early 80’s. The majority of her career was as an art educator in a variety of public and private schools.

While she has sold numerous paintings and been in several galleries, she is most deeply satisfied by engaging with the creative process as an end in itself.

She is a trained and certified Spiritual Director and has been facilitating art retreats for over 20 years.

Claudia views the creative process as a journey of self-discovery and healing. Her love of nature, poetry, and philosophy as well as her faith are guiding lights for her life and art.

She continues to work with children and adults and is passionate about helping others discover their creative voice. She is married to a wonderful man, has two children, and 8 grandchildren who are the joy of her life.
